Beyond the friendship theme, players can expect more of what's made Kirby's adventures so popular in the past, including simple boss fights, plenty of hidden doors and unlockable bonus stages, and lots of collectibles, including jigsaw puzzle pieces that gradually assemble into celebratory pictures. More than that, pressing up on the control stick signals allies to combine their powers in fun ways, often resulting in supercharged fighters or the ability to overcome an obstacle. A friend with an umbrella can use it to deflect a waterfall while a fire-powered pal lights a dynamite fuse running beneath it, all while Kirby fights off any nearby enemies with a hammer, a zap of electricity, or a karate punch. But with up to three helpers in tow - all of whom can be controlled by other local players with their own controllers - players now have access to a broader range of abilities necessary to solve little contextual problems. As usual, he can also copy enemy abilities by swallowing them. KIRBY STAR ALLIES provides a pretty straightforward side-scrolling platformer experience with one notable twist: Nintendo's beloved pink puffball can turn enemies he encounters into friendly helpers by giving them a big pink heart. Honestly, this game should be fine, it’s not bad in fact it’s a amazingly constructed game and the whole line of teamwork and friendship keeps Kirby to be sit’s own happy little universe. But hey, at least in the end you help void get reborn into a happier life. (Zero being the first version of zero, he also has intense blood in the fight.) nothing too gruesome in the last phase of Void, just a really obvious reference that can get kids diggin into the Internet and seeing the horrifying zero fight where the Void fight originated from. Rated E for eyeballs.īut on the last phase of Astral Birth Void, he himself is a complete reference to Zero. Yep, blood coming out of a white eyeball god. To sum up the zero 2 fight in a nutshell, it’s basically blood everywhere. If you look in the codes, this attack is called “Red Tears.” An obvious reference to a very old, but gruesome Kirby boss. They are red and the shape of a raindrop or teardrop. Going back to the dark lord cult, in the actual Void Termina fight, his heart phase does a attack where it will drop down these little raindrops from the sky. You’ll need tons of practice to get past each section of the stages. It is extremely hard to get past this mode, especially collecting every single collectible on that mode. One of the extra modes you unlock after beating story mode called hero’s in another dimension, is SUPER hard. Switching gears to the difficulty, I did say this game was easy. So basically, he was preforming the equivalent of a satanic ritual in the Kirby universe. This character wasn’t just trying to revive the dark lord for the heck out of it, if you look closer and understand the games hidden lore, you can find out that this is a cult or religion. It gets worse as when you take his hood off, he’s a horrifying looking beast and becomes way more violent than his first phase. It is dark as crap and that should show you how insane he is. ![]() Well in the original Japanese version of the game, he tells you to literally kill yourself. And right before you fight him, he tells you to please disappear forever. ![]() His personality and actions are very unpredictable, crazy and absolutely mayhem. ![]() His goal is to revive the “dark lord” known as Void Termina. He has a hood and resembles highly as a priest. However, at the end there is a strange villain you see. The actual story mode and stuff are suitable for younger audiences. ![]() For the most part of the game, it is very easy.
